With my brakes being so bad on my car I’m trying not to drive it much. Mr. Man mentioned something about me waiting until this weekend to go get them fixed, so he can bring it to get done. For some reason,
(*looks around innocently*) they see a blonde walking through the door from a mile away when I go to get something fixed on my car. (*bats eyelashes*) Lmao…you should really try it sometimes ladies. For some reason hubby’s don’t like being taken to the cleaners on brake jobs. On the realz though, whenever I bring my car to have something done to it, they see a blonde coming from a mile away!
My son called me the other night and while we were talking he told me that he has to work the next three weeks on call. That’s unusual, he usually works two weeks on, one week off call. So I asked him why he was having to do it three weeks in a row. Apparently he asked the other guy that does on call to work a weekend for him because he’s going out of town because….wait for it….wait for it…. Ok....because of this -
He says there’s going to be a whole bunch of this…
But I’m guessing he’s also hoping for a whole bunch of this…
I’m not sure which one scares me more! Oh come on!! Have you looked at the girls in the picture? Do any of them look like something you would want your son to bring home? I mean really, how old is the one on top on the left, the one with the dead porcupine on top of her head? Just sayin’…
I had to stop Googling pictures. They just kept getting worse lol. Anymudho’s….here my son is telling me that he’s willing to work on call for 21 days (that’s without a day off 8-24 hours a day, it usually averages out to 16-20 hours a day…I’m not kidding!) straight, in order to go play in the mud for 4 days when I couldn’t get him to clean his room for $100 bucks if I tried ( no…I wasn’t that stupid to even offer him a $100 bucks for anything!) when he lived at home.
Don’t worry ladies, I’m gonna slap him up side his head when I see him in September. Priorities kid priorities!! Lol.. Ok so I’m kidding about the priorities, he works extremely hard so if he wants to take 4 days off to go
Now I really am a giddy teenager! My Paintshop Photo Pro X3 came in yesterday! I just got the email yesterday morning and by 12:30pm FedEx was knocking on my door. I’ve been playing with it ever since! I’ve given myself “computer shoulder” again lmao!!
Well I hope you all have a wonderful day. And if you’re stopping by from CCWA thanks so much for the visit! Y’all come back now,. ya hear??

He won't even notice the half nekkid girls who are showing what little bit they got covered by making a half tailed pyramid.. no wait a pyramid has 3 sides and they are apparently geometrically challenged so they went for a rhombus YEAHHHH see it's a rhombus.. all leany and wopper jawed roflmbo
Mudfest sounds fun! Minus - the old hag with the porcupine on her head. LOL
How old are you that you have a son old enough to work?
just askin cause I saw that pic of you on my followers list and there's no fucking way you have a kid older than 10.
I'm calling social services!
Dude...(that's right, I called you Dude) you are forkin' awesome. CCWA sent me here but I think that I'm gonna stick around a bit and check you out. I think that I might lurve you Boo!
Look at you being a fancy queen for a day. (Like you weren't already, right?)
Congrats on being elected the Coolest Chick With Attitude - cause you know that's totally what I think CCWA means. Enjoy your day, week, month...oh hell, as long as you can milk it for baby!
yeah Photoshop and Paintshop!
And you KNOW your son is hoping for a little pyramid o' scantily clad women. lol.
That is AWESOME!
Sorry, but if I knew about the event ahead of time and could actually take time off of work, I would TOTALLY be one of those floozies that your son would bring home!
Okay, not really. I don't do the whole covered-in-mud thing very well. And my pyramid building days are long over. Maybe your son will find the one gem at the whole event.
Great post! And weren't you excited to wake up to this!! LOL!!!
LOL about Computer shoulder! Have fun with your creative side!! Happy St. Pat's day!
I am familiar with this thing being that nearly every guy I know wants to participate. Did I mention I live in Texas?
At least he's not going to the redneck games. That one is much worse. Don't believe me? See for yourself http://www.redneckoffroadparty.com/
Don't forget about the beer. There will be beer! :)
Yeah, I don't get the attraction either but boys will be boys. Seems like harmless fun! Both my boys would have a joygasm watching big trucks roll around in the mud.
I live in Texas and we have way more than that to offer! I am hoping all those mud hoes are the ones who traveled from other places. Probably, Yankee girls. JUST KIDDING (unles you totally agree with me.)
lOl! meh...I don't like to get dirty!
Congrats on your CCWA day!!
I love your new signature!
Um, I am kinda with Daffy on this. All that mud looked FUN!
Bwahahaha! You're so right abut the porcupine hair--ohmyword!

Boys have to play, Momma.
Happy CCWA day from a fellow Louisiana transplant (only I'm in Florida--at least you're still in the SOUTH!).
Boys are special, aren't they? My son isn't even two and he'll follow around pretty girls in Target like a lost puppy if I let him!
I'm am with you on the packages- I LOVE getting things in the mail! YAY!!
Hey, came over from Dee's Say Anything blog. I was thinking I heard of mudfest but I believe it was what Cara commented about above, the Redneck games. The locals were trying to put a stop to those. Saw it on the news. Must have been a slow news day in Texas.
