I thought I'd better get my behind on here and let y'all (my million's of readers) know that I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. I haven't been on line much. Damn fibromyalgia has been flaring up just enough to be a pain in my ass and every other part of my body.

hang in there! totally familiar with the illness..one word.. Noni juice right when you wake up in the morning before you eat anything. It has been my Mom's saving grace for years. You can get it at the health food store.
OK I waswondering where you had gone hun.. take time off and get yourself better
