Changes are happening in the Homesick Cajun household. Hubby's daughter and her husband are moving this weekend. Her husband got new orders and they're moving to South Carolina. It's been really nice having C and her dog (another pug) George here. It's going to be strange to not have them both here.
I love seeing hubby interact with his daughters. I get to see a totally different side of him then. I get to see the loving Dad side, sometimes I get to see the vein popping out of his head side lol. I don't like that side haha.
I'm super excited for C and her hubby though. I hope that this move is a good thing for them and that they love it there. Hubby and I are already talking about making a trip up there (near Charleston) to see them. C and her Dad are extremely close, so it's going to be weird not having her close enough to visit when she wants to. I know it's going to be hard on hubby too! :o(
The other day I was looking at some old photo albums when I cam across a picture of my little sister. Her name was Kristina but we called her Sissy. She was only called Kristina when she was in trouble lol.
In three days it will be the 22nd "anniversary" of her death. It's hard to believe it's been that long. She was 13 when she passed away. She would be 35 years old, that's so hard to imagine. I mean...what would she look like? What would her kids look like?
When I think of her all I can see is that dark hair and those precious freckles that covered her nose and cheeks.
I'm going to write an entry about Sissy and our family's experience with losing a child at such a young age. I've got to scan some pictures so I can post them with the entry.
Want to know what I think is hilarious? I think it's hilarious that people who can't stand me take the time to read my blog...just to see if I'm talking about them! Haha...you're so vain! Trust me...you're not that important to me that I'm going to be talking about you here. What's even funnier?? That you're trying to guess if this about you or not! Get over yourself!
